Can anyone tell me how to invoke an EJB object from MQSeries/MQseries Integrator.

There is a sample that ships with WebSphere App Server EE that gives instructions on both point-to-point and pub/sub. The instructions are in the file system at:

file://c:\websphere\appserver\enterprise\samples\messaging\messagingintro.html

They give detailed on steps on what you need to do to get things up and running. I found it useful.
