Hi folks... I need some help in understanding DISPLAY CHSTATUS command... I couldn't comprehend the output of 'current, saved, short' status information.

What exactly is Current? Saved ? status info.. could anyone elaborate things in a lucid way.. I find the explanation given in the link below is bit baffling...

it is well described (imho). read carefully, and issue some display commands in your environment for active and inactive channels to get some samples

I already tried using it .. but all i could see is 'Current' so while reading about the channel status.. i stumbled upon this information...

All I wanna know is a brief overview on these statuses.. (not a detailed description)
