Hi.. My queue manager is unable to start.. I found following FDC. version is 6.0.2.3 env is HA. I got lot of information for proe id and component but confused. Can someone tell what GetSubpoolsLock stands for.. and what can be the solution

It discusses this problem in detail for solaris..you mayneed to figure out what's the equivalent solution for linux

Resolving the problem
The solution in this case is first to avoid removing WebSphere® MQ semaphore and shared memory objects, or else to stop all WebSphere MQ queue managers and applications before doing so
