The WSIUG committee cordially invite you to the next meeting of the WebSphere Integration User Group (UK) on Tuesday 28th October and Wednesday 29th October 2008 at the Chesford Grange Hotel, Kenilworth.
Following the success of last year's meeting, we are again joining with the GSE UK Conference to provide you with a wide range of presentations in a single venue.
The integration stream has two packed days. Day one covers the main concepts of integration: introducing ESBs, WebSphere MQ, Message Broker, Process Integration and complex event handling. No prior knowledge is required to attend these sessions, and they act as a platform for day two. Experienced practioners should still find useful information from day one, and of note is the session on WebSphere MQ which will present the new features incorporated in v.7.
Day two will cover particular features of some of the products and will be a deeper dive into the technology and its application. Some prior knowledge would be useful, even if it is from attending some of the day one sessions.
Other streams will be covering mainframe technologies, like CICS and IMS, plus generic technologies like DB2/UDB and Security.
