Hi ,
We are using 6.x client and ms0b package ( JAVA) to connect to queue manager for fetching the status of MQ objects. It works fine when version of queue manager is 6.x. However when version of client is 5.3 then some of command does not work. For example
It returns either 3003 or 3007. It works when you use
agent.setCheckResponses(false). But after there also first two command does not work.
So I want to know
1) Can I get the status and details of MQ 5.3 object ?
2) Is there any document which can provide me what PCF functionality is available on MQ 5.3 Queue Manager ?
3) Is setting flag agent.setCheckResponses the only available option ?

Checking on authorization settings is clearly only available through pcf since V 6.0. Queue status should be feasible with V 5.3...
Note that certain status inquiries are new to 6.0 (dis qmstatus) _________________ MQ & Broker admin
