Hi ,
Please give infromation abt

dis chs(chlname)
1 : dis chs(chlname)
AMQ8417: Display Channel Status details.
CHANNEL(chlname) CHLTYPE(SDR)
CONNAME(conname ip)) CURRENT
RQMNAME( ) STATUS(RETRYING) SUBSTATE(NETCONNECT) XMITQ(xmitq)

please let me know y they are going in retrying staus and wt it means SUBSTATE(NETCONNECT)
and how to solve it?
please suggest

Hi,

Check it, whether the remote host is available or not. Some time remote host may down. Check the qmgr error log.
Check the xmitq current depth also.

Check it below for NETCONNECT state.

Your queue manager log will typically give a reason for the retry status.
