Using WBIMB 6.1.
I have created a Java UDE Plugin following the 'book' and the node doesn't show up in the palette. This means I can't use the node in a msg flow.
Any idea why?
I also set up the UDESamplePlugInNodeProject from the Samples and found the same thing, although a flow is provided with the sample with the plugin already present and I was able to deploy these flows and run them correctly.
I tried dragging the *.msgnode onto the flow workspace, and while the cursor changed appropriately, the node didn't appear on releasing the mouse button. The flow didn't register a change ("*"). This behaviour is the same for my plugin and the UDESample.
In case it is related, I can't 'Test' the node following the book either. When I try to use: "Run > Run as > Runtime Workbench", I can't see the "Runtime Workbench" option. So tried "Enabling PDE runtime capabilities", but can't see the "Workbench" option in the Preferences window.
Have I missed something during the product install maybe??
Any help greatly appreciated..

Hi p.cradwick,
I'm a little confused...the node does not appear in the left side palette or on drag-and-drop does not show in the flow building space ?
Maybe you should try starting the toolkit with the '-clean' option, that sometimes solves the issues.

Thats right, it doesn't appear in the left side palette, (neither my node nor the UDEsample) so I tried to drag them straight from the msgnode file, but that didn't work.
Yes, I tried the -clean option but that didn't fix it.javascript:emoticon(' ')
