We are in the proces of migrating WBI message broker V5 to V6.1(co-existence ),In v5 we dveloped some interfaces useing Websphere TRNSFORMATION EXTENDER (WTX-HL7) plugin node and map nodes ... Installation location for v5 is (c:\program Files \WBIMB5) and V6 is (c:\IBM\WBI610) The problem i am getting with WTX-HL7, I can see that WTX plugin node in V5 toolkit pallet but not in V6.1 so i tried to re-install that TX plugin node in WBI message broker V6.1installed location (c:\IBM\WBI610). but no use still i get same issue That TX plugin node dissappeard and The default installation location forTranformation Extender (Tx-HL7) is (c:\program Files \IBM\Websphere Tanformation Extender 8.1) so just want to see WTX plugin nodes in WBI MB V6.1 Toolkit pallet , how i can i over come this issue any clue please need Expertise comment on this ASAP Thanking You ...............

To Quote the WTX 8.2 Features Announcement
New in V8.2: WebSphere Transformation Extender for Integration Servers

WebSphere Transformation Extender for Integration Servers is the latest edition to the Transformation Extender family. It offers the transformation engine packaged ready to install with WebSphere Process Server or WebSphere Enterprise Service Bus. This edition takes advantage of the Service Component Architecture bindings added in the V6.1 release of these products. Specifically, WebSphere TX can be used as a dedicated mediation engine. Enhancements for WebSphere Enterprise Service Bus and WebSphere Process Server V6.1 include:

* WebSphere Transformation Extender data bindings for JMS, WebSphere MQ, HTTP, EIS import, and EIS export
* Maps can convert between external formats and business objects
* Eclipse-based wizard simplifies map design; runs in WebSphere Integration Developer

WebSphere Transformation Extender for Message Broker V8.1 has been merged with WebSphere Transformation Extender for Integration Servers V8.2.
I'm sure others will correct me if I'm wrong but it appears that you have to use WTX V8.2 with WBI 6.1 and that you instal WTX into the WBI toolkit environment. I think this is how you get the WTX nodes in Broker 6.1

I am not quite sure it is possible for you to have a single installation for WTX to work for both WBIMB 5 and WMB 6.1.

As it was rightly pointed out, with WMB 6.1 you have install WTX for Integration Servers 8.2.0.2. When this is done, the WTX Node and WTX parser is automatically installed in the toolkit. As far as I know, there is no way you can install the WTX for Message Broker Node like you did in WMB 6.0 or WBIMB 5.0

You can however, install both WTX 8.1 and WTX 8.2. Yuor WMB 6.1 installation would use WTX for Integration Servers 8.2.
