$ strmqm QM_SEF_QX02
WebSphere MQ queue manager 'QM_SEF_QX02' starting.
AMQ5615: Default objects cannot be created: CompCode = 2 Reason = 2059.

Hi Guys

We have been trying to cater for 70Mb files to be transferred via MQ,
and went ahead and changes the max message sizes for:
QueueManager
Local Queue
SVRCONN

They tried to push the file through again and suggested stopping the queue manager and the restarting it, so that the settings can take effect and now the queue manager doesnt want to start up.

If you need any more info, just ask.
I will be monitoring this post very very frequently as our Revenue Service for South Africa is waiting to do testing on this QMGR and Queues.

This is super urgent, and your help will be very much appreciated.

Regards
Justin

Any FDC's? Anything in the queue manager logs?

Using the command line in Unix isnt my forte...
There could be FDC's and there could be Log Files.....

We restarted the box and its running now.

Thanks anyways.

Oh, and our line to the remote queue manager went down,
so we contacted our ISP and everythings connected again.

Regards
Justin

If this is teaching you to suck eggs - apologies...

1. FDC's will be in /var/mqm/errors
2. AMQERR01.LOG will be in /var/mqm/qmgrs/<QM_NAME>/errors

They can be viewed by entering pg <FILE_NAME> | more, and the space bar will page down.
