Corrupt q-file after moving it from one filesystem to another.
While trying to workaround a /var/mqm space issue with my 6.0.2.1 queue manager running under solaris 5.9 I moved a q-file from the /var/mqm filesystem to another local filesystem. The attempt was to try and temporarily free up some space so that I could start up the queue manger, allow the application to process some of the other messages on the queue manager and then return this q-file to its proper location.
Once I moved the q-file back into place I am no longer able to see any messages. A curdepth of 0 is reported with a q-file of about 113MB.
Any input concerning the file format our any documentation related to how I might go about recovering these messages is greatly appreciated.
