On OS/390 at MQ 5.2, my MQCONN calls are taking on average .15 seconds. This is by far the longest amount of time spent in the program. Is 0.15 seconds considered average? Or do we have room for improvement? If so, how?

In my OS/390 2.10 with MQ V52 the average (over 1000 MQCONN's in 10 Minutes) takes .11 Average with Max Avg. 0.15 Min Avg. .05 with normal Work on the Lpar. (70-90% Cpu Usage,.....).
