Hi,
Could somebody tell me weather saveqmgr can be used for both MQ Server and MQ Client , If yes , Could you pls suggest me how to do that ?

Yes.
saveqmgr is a server app.
saveqmgrC is a client app.

I have downloaded saveqmgr.aix and used it is working now.
