i am reading thro the Quick Beginings for MQ. i have installed MQ in my local workstation and on a remote server. i am trying to send a post card. I get a error AMQ4273. i have entered the correct IP address on the ON box. how do i fix the error and successfully send the post card accross

AMQ4273Unable to contact the target mailbox '%1'.
Explanation:
Postcard was unable send the message as it could not contact the target mailbox.

Response:
Click 'Retry' to attempt to send the message again, otherwise click 'Cancel'.

make sure the remote server is accessible
