Can we configure WPS Business Process Container to use WebSphere MQ Queues instead of regular SIB Queues in WPS 6.1.
I know we can do it in 6.0.x but want to know if we can do the same using WPS 6.1
Thanks |

Can you point me to any documentation. I went through the infocenter but couldn't find it.
When I try to configure the BPE container, it is asking for JDBC resources and Bus resources, but no where I can select WebSphere MQ resources. |

I am not getting any exceptions.
There is no option for me to select WebSphere MQ JMS resources. The wizard automatically creates SIB resources. Looks like MQ is no longer supported. I'll try to post in IBM forum |

You can create the MQ resources manually, and update the process server EARs to point to your mq resources.
However, there may be new dependencies on the SIB so beware. |

Maybe I could.
But the question is, is it supported? AFAIK, I couldn't configure MQ as the messaging provider for WPS 6.1 |

I might be wrong, but would'nt a configuration like that lead to performance issues.
Communication between different EAR's leveraging SI bus would be faster, and any communication with non Java clients can go though WMQ.It would be a better configuration to have SIB and WMQ clustered. |
