ask your organization to get u some training on MQ.. as Websphere pdts are not easy to learn on its own...


have a look at the library and infocenter link on top of this page... and do some reading

Catch hold of MQSeries Primer. Then install MQ on your machine. Create two QMs. Take help of System Admin to set up the communication between them.
