Hi,

Could someone please shed some light.
I am trying to run saveqmgrc from a winxp box to save ZOS deffinitions.
It saves windows, AIX, Solaris deffinitions fine. It also saves several other ZOS qmgrs on other lpars. The version of saveqmgrc is 6.0.3 and the version of MQ on all ZOS lpars is V6 LEVEL 003-005. There must be something set differently between the ZOS qmgrs that work and the ZOS qmgrs that don't work. I have searched thru all documentaion I can find to no avail. The output is as follows:

SAVEQMGR V6.0.3
Compiled for Websphere MQ V6.0 on Aug 22 2006
Using the server connection channel "CLIENT.TO.myqmgr"
on connection name "myaddress(1414)".

Edit: That's not quite right... Please stand by.

Edit Again:...

I'm going by my original response. You do not have any AUTHINFO objects defined, including the default. The PCF Response message being shown indicates that there are no messages found - PCF Reason Code 3200 is MQRCCF_NONE_FOUND. And Cmd 83 is INQUIRE AUTH INFO.

Thank You very much Jeff. I really appreciate your extremely quick response. I haven't been able to define that default authinfo yet, but you are correct that it exists in the ZOS queue managers that work and does not exist in the queue managers that don't work. What happened is the ones that work were new v6 installs. The ones that don't work are upgrades from v5.3. I need to make sure that all new v6 objects are in fact created in the queue managers that were upgraded from v5.3. Thank you very much for you help.
