Hi,

I´m recieving this error when I try to stop and start my 6.1 broker on AIX. The environment variable is set correctly, but maybe there´s an old entry in a configuration file that points to the old 8.1 library path. Actually I´m using a DB2 9.1 and I have no problems to create a broker.

Error: DB2 wrapper (64-bit) could not load the DB2 implementation library using library locations '/usr/opt/db2_08_01/lib64/libdb2.a(shr_64.o)', 'libdb2.a(shr_64.o)', or the location specified by the MQSI_64BIT_DB2_LIBRARY_NAME environment variable. DB2 will not be accessible in this process. : BK_VEB001D.agent: /build/S000_P/src/bipodbc/wrapper/ImbDB2Wrapper.cpp: 1012: ImbDB2Wrapper.o(loadAppropriateDB2Library): :
May 26 10:40:14 srvmwdev user:err|error last message repeated 4 times

Can someone tell me where the path '/usr/opt/db2_08_01/lib64/libdb2.a is set?

If you are using 64-bit execution groups, set the environment variable MQSI_LIBPATH64 to include the regular 64-bit database libraries.
