BTW... TechSvcs guy had an AHA Moment when he say the "SYSTEM COMPLETION CODE=0D6 REASON CODE=00000027" message and is doing his magic...

The MSTR and the CHIN are running OK now. The TechSvcs guy said he had to make a number of RACF changes to make this happen.
