Is IBM ever going to include the MQ File transfer utilities mqftsnd mqftrecv or mqftapp under AIX, If not Why? I didnt see them in v7 beta.
I've trying to use the supportpac MAOM spazio xps base with no success.

Have you tried to contact MAOM supplier? The code is released under an open source license and is available on SourceForge.net too: you may fix/improve it as you want.

I was finally able to get code to compile on AIX. It had a few minor bugs.

Make sure you have
WMQ, gmake, gcc, MA0M, expat and rpm package manager from
IBM site
http://www-03.ibm.com/systems/p/os/aix/linux/toolbox/download.html
and expat
from http://expat.sourceforge.net/

In main of xspget.c just after int trace_lvl;
add extern char *optarg;

int trace_lvl;
Add this extern char *optarg;


Hope this helps anyone else who may want to use MAOM.
