Hi,
I just wanna know the difference between setting the server connection channel with non blank MCA userid and setting a blank MCA userid. Even if we set the non blank userid anyone who connects to the channel are identified with the userid provided in the SVRCONN channel. Pls tell me the difference. Thanks.

Well, logically, if you set the non-blank userid than anyone who connects to the channel would be identified with the userid provided in the SVRCONN channel.
That's sort of the point of the field. I struggle to see the point you're making there, and would ask you to clarify it as I'm clearly missing something!
If you set a blank userid (or leave it blank) then the connection is performed using the id running the application if supplied, or the userid running the listener if not. This is typically undesireable.
