We have an implementation of Websphere Replication Server using Q replication.

The queue capture proram is reading messages from the data queue and applying it to the DB2 but the queue depth is not decreasing.We can see messages are pyling up on the queue but there is no descrepency between the databses.

The problem we now face is since the messages are persistant the /var/mqm/qmhr/<qm-name>/queue/ becomes full and stops the queue manager.

Check the traget queue manger on DB2 replication process.

May be you need to bring down the channels, stop & start the QM's on both Source & Target servers.
