We specify a data source into Compute code if there is one database and if there are two databases Oracle and DB2 from which tables to be fetched then how to define two data source names for two different databases

you can access only one database at a time from the compute,

Use two compute nodes to retrieve the data and aggregate/consolidate and do manipulation

I was under the impression that in V6.x you can access multiple databases of the same TYPE from the same compute node.
Please advise.

Oracle and DB2 are not of the same TYPE.

Yes ... I understand that we can access multiple tables under the same DB schema.... but can we actually access 2 separate Databases?
