Currently using FTP to transfer a file from an NT webserver to a remote mainframe twice a day (scheduled), with the mainframe pushing and pulling the data. Want to use MQSeries Version 5.2 (on W2K) to replace FTP, and need to use Java. I have seen the MAOP Support Pac, but no supporting documentation. Also, heard about FTP plug-in, but believe this is for MQ Integrator only.
Please advise where to find MAOP Support Pac documentation, whether or not FTP plug-in is for Integrator only, and recommended configuration to replicate existing system using MQSeries?
Also, is there an evaluation copy of MQ Integrator out there?
Thanks. |

The documentation for MA0P is a pdf file and it is included in the zip file.

By the way if your objective is to transfer the file with plain MQ, without using the file transfer protocol (FTP), you will find a sample code with the JASMQ framework.
