Hi all,

My broker flows on broker mqbroker_01 is not listening on its queues on the broker queue manager and not responding to deploy commands. Can't deploy broker topology either.

I noticed there are 19 messages sitting on the SYSTEM.BROKER.ADMIN.QUEUE and one Open Input Count. However, the messages are just sitting there and not beingn processed. There are no errors in the user.log under /var/mqsi. No errors in /var/log/messages. Not errors in AMQERR01.LOG or and no new javacores generated.

Any thoughts on why the 19 messages (there are 19 message flows) are not being processed?

The broker is running:
402 14965 1 0 11:53 ? 00:00:00 bipservice mqbroker_01
402 14973 14965 0 11:53 ? 00:00:00 bipbroker mqbroker_01
402 14991 14973 0 11:53 ? 00:00:00 biphttplistener mqbroker_01

MB 6.0.0.3

Linux 2.6.9-55.0.2.ELsmp #1 SMP Tue Jun 12 17:58:20 EDT 2007 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

Thanks!

At this stage the best bet is to recycle the broker and hope for the best.

Upon restart make sure that you follow the logs with attention. It may be that the broker cannot connect to its DB.

I've already bounced the broker and its queue manager with no luck. I will try again and monitor the logs.
