MB 6.1 uninstalltion issue

While doing uninstallation of MB 6.1,mistakenly I uninstalled the base version first then the fix pack.But uninstalling command says sucessfully uninstalled and directory also have no contents in /var/mqsi and also in /opt/IBM/mqsi/6.1(installation directory of my MB).

When i do a lslpp -l | grep mqsi--> i can see two files in mqsi61 broker components..

Here is the issue is how to clean up the 6.1 files properly...so that i can install it again properly...
Now when i tried to Install..it saying version is already exists.but physically am unable to clean up the o/p files.. showing in lslpp command.

I have already running Broker 5.0 running in /var/mqsi of same Aix 5.3 box.

Not helpful..already tried with all Aix commands/tools like geninstall,smit..

What are the two files you see in the lslpp query?

Thanks..files are Broker component 6.1.0.0 and another one more compoenet..
I got reply from IBM,
they send me few comands to delete the entries from vpd.properties files..
its works fine..
