Can you please let me know what does the following command do
"setmqaut -m qmgr1 -n a.b.* -t q -p user1 -remove".

- it shows you can't find and/or read the System Administration guide
- it shows you don't like experiementation or you'd have tried it
- it shows you lack imagination as what an option called "-remove" does is fairly self explainatory.
Read some manuals, get some training, start thinking.

what would i do at impact if i do not know about MQ and setmqaut
wish my company too had such extra money to send me there....

I am very happy I don't have to buy everyone at Impact that DON'T know about MQ and setmqaut a   (saves a lot of money...)
