Hai Friends,
Can you please let me know when *.FDC files generated in var/mqm/errors directory.What are the reasons?Can we delete those files without reading the content in that is the files are getting created continuously?

Of course you can. You just keep ignoring all the errors and after a while, the queue manager will get bored, stop misbehaving and magically fix itself.
After all, why should the queue manager repeatedly throwing errors be anything worth investigating? Or even reading?

You can choose any of these (multiple selections are allowed)
Go for IBM traning on MQ 
or
Read the manuals/PDFs
or
Browse/Search this forum 
or
recruit MQ Admin/Developer like us (Expensive but quality will good)
