think I’m having problems installing MQ because the directory usr/mqm is set to 555 and the worldwritable script is dr-xr-xr-x 11 mqm mqm 1024 Mar 29 15:14 mqm.
At least I think this what the problem is:
I did a chmod 750 , but it appears the security script comes back and changes it.

I'm installing as root. I'm laso trying to install via an NFS contact admin mount for the first time. I can install locally with no problem. |

What are your mount options ? The Quick Beginnings for AIX says:
