We have licenses for the Oracle product, and I do not get the budget for anything else until it is proven to be a lemon.

Did anyone make it monitor MQ?

If it doesn't have specific functions for monitoring MQ, then it's a lemon.

If it does have specific functions for monitoring MQ, then likely they are the same kinds of things that all of the rest of the tools use. So then it becomes a question of "usability".
