could any one tell me what are the differences b/w MQ V5.3 and V6?

I mean what are the new features added

Yes.

The product documentation for MQ v6 can tell you this.

Regardless, the only important difference between the two is "MQ v6 is supported and MQ v5.3 is not".

Upgrade for that reason alone.
