Hi
i am using MB v5.0 on windows ,my toolkit has suddenly stopped working today ,it is hanging .i had done all the restarts of the broker,configmgr and also the OS,but still facing the same problem.
can anyone tell me what was the problem

Search for .lock file, if its there delete it and start it.

if still the issue persists, start it by in clean mode.

Search the forum, its discussed quite some time here

hi gayatri,
i had deleted the .LOCK file and started it did not start,even i had started in the clean mode,i got the same probem Is there any other solution for this.

hope your workspace is accessible...

if not then there will be issues while opening the tool kit,

Upgrade your tookkit and broker.

Hi,
Delete the .metadata folder from your workspace and restart the Toolkit. Most of the times it works, but the only disadvantage is that you need to configure domain, cvs etc again. You also need to import all the message flow message set etc projects in to your workspace one by one.

Hope this information will help to resolve your issue...
