Hello all,
I have a Templates set to alert after 2min of current queue depth over 500, then at 5, 8, and again after 10min. My issue is that the Current Queue Depth Value that gets printed for the 2min is static through out the rest of the alerts. I personally have watched the value go above 15000, but still print out what the value was at 2min.
Please let me know if anyone has seen this before, and what you did to fix this?

Its working as designed. I have submitted a request to MQSoftware a while back asking them to fix this so that repeating alerts show updated values and not the cached original value.
I suggest you also submit a request. The more people that ask for it the more likely it will be fixed. _________________ Peter Potkay
