we have solaris 10


When using make -f makefile.solaris:


cc -c -DUNIX -o saveqmgr.o -I. -I/opt/mqm/inc saveqmgr.c
sh: cc: not found
*** Error code 1
make: Fatal error: Command failed for target `saveqmgr.o'

What is "cc"?

Where does it live? Is that location on the path? Should it be?

Ask your Solaris system administrator these questions. Nobody other than this person can help you with this problem.
