I've installed MQ 6.0
i'm unable to Start and also Stop the QueueManager via MQ Explorer
Error Message:

* Command: amqmdain qmgr start QM_DEF
****************************************
Initialization of resource 'amqmsrvn' failed, rc=0x8000401a
The server process could not be started because the configured identity is incorrect. Check the username and password.

exitvalue = -4
But using command like strmqm <QueueManager> i'm able to start the Queue Manager

can you please help me why its not working for MQ Explorer
