Last time I upgraded I had to stop/start MB, configmgr and RAC to get them all to work.

Upgrade is successfully done.Now another problem .I am not able to recognise the namespaces when I am doing like mapping to SAP in ESQL.When I declare a namespace ,Iam not able to access elements in it by ctrl+space.
Code:
   SET OutputRoot.MRM.NS1:Data_record.NS2:sap_cwdata.NS2:sap_e2idku1.NS3:sap_e2idku1.NS3:BGMTYP = 'FST';
is showing a warning in the broker since namespace is not recognised.
I have given project references correctly though.

Did you associate the message set with the message flow in flow's properties?
