All:
I have begun working on my next MQSeries tool. This new tool will be called MQ Client Channel Table Editor. The MQ Client Channel Table Editor program will allow the user to add / update / delete Client Channel table entries in a GUI friendly manner.
Here are some of the features that I plan on including with MQ Client Channel Table Editor:
- Cross platform support (like MQ Visual Edit). E.g. WinNT, AIX, Solaris, HP-UX, Linux, etc…
- NO MQSeries required on the box. A truly stand-alone product (except for Java).
- Ability to manage multiple Client Channel Tables e.g. Test, Q&A, Prod., etc…
- Capable of importing / exporting sections of a Client Channel Table.
- Add / Update / Delete Client Channels from a Client Channel Table.
Let me know if there are any features that you would like.

Roger,
Maybe we can do something together here ... maybe we can write it in Java and put it in MQJExplorer? If you write the guts, I could do the GUI?

Humm, I am 40% done the GUI and 20% done the backend stuff.
Well, let me see what I can do. Generally I follow Sun's MVC standards but some times I bend the rules (ok maybe break them a little ).
