i am trying to install MQ 6.0 on AIX 5.3 .The issue is there is 32 bit installation files as well as 64 bit installation .
when installing through smity shall i only take up the 64 bit things and ignore the 32 bits .
the problem is that the IBM guide is asking for a file set update for the 32 bit SDK which i am not able to find the file sets recommended for AIX.
Can some one please help me out

The instructions in the MQ Quick Beginnings manual for AIX should work as-is. Are there any error messages when following those instructions?
