Hi All,

I have downloaded RFHTUIL (iho3.zip) from ibm site

when i double click on rfhtuil.exe it is giving the following error

This application has failed to start because imqs23vn.dll was not found.

Reinstalling the application may fix this problem

Is there a queue manager on the box you're running it on? If not, use rfhutilc.

and be sure you have a least the MQClient installed on the machine you're running rfhutil/rfhutilc from.
