One question :
Can MB v6 model ISO8583 message set out-of-the box without any java plugin or user exit ?

No. I think WebSphere TX can do it though, so you could purchase WTX Extender for WMB and do it that way. |

Recursive definitions? Dynamic delimiters? _________________ I am *not* the model of the modern major general. |

The ISO8583 message format contains bit fields in which each bit indicates the presence/absence of fixed-length fields in the remainder of the message.
WMB / MRM can almost handle it, but not quite. All that is missing is the ability to model individual bits ( the element representing each bit could then be used as the 'repeat reference' for the corresponding fixed-length element ). |
