Hi everyone,
I'm uninstalling the mq refresh pack 6.0.2.2 from windows xp stand alone machine, it's taking long time to respond, still saying uninstalling even after one and half hours. i too remember the installation also took long time.
guys have any idea why it's so? any remedy for this?

Why are you uninstalling an FP?
Never mind, I don't care.

Because it has to replace the FP files with the base files?

Eventhough you stop queue manager, sometimes you end up with few processes hanging, particularly on Windows. Check for any 'amq*' processes in the task manager.

1. Just to see how it works?
2. When the team suspects () that the FP broke their applications? |
