I will not say more.
Be aware that your salary is also decided by how you perform in the interview so just correlating experience and salary is not correct. There are a lot of factors that contribute like location, demand-supply, domain, current salary, etc. but you probably know this. _________________ Shalabh

good to see that my post has attracted a lot of attention
well talking about firms paying more than 8L in india........ one of my friends who has 3 yrs experience in WMQ admin was offered 12.6L package in the current market !!
Im not gonna name the firm but its a bank
but may be System Admins have more salary packages than say solution developers ??
