I am getting ,

I could not decide how to resolve this problem.I will be very happy if somebody gives me a solution to this prob.

The issue on the link I have seen.But the issue is related to the creation of broker from cmd(wrong database argument or right ODBC driver specification).Are you confirm that the problem is related to creation of broker and right ODBC driver specification?
I have checked Datadirect ODBC driver.I guess the problem is elsewhere other than this.

Try adding the Workarounds property in the registry and set the value to 536870912.

Check Info Center for more details under 'Connecting to a Database section'.

Also make sure you have selected the correct ODBC driver.
