Hi,
We are connected to our partners through MQ channels(qmgr to qmgr), Our network guys are saying yesterday 4GB traffic has been sent to partner from my IP to partner IP.
But when I check in my sender channel I have just sent 1000 messages each 50kb. They are saying it's a MQ problem please help me.
Thanks |

Yes, that is since the channel last started which was when? It could have sent a lot more and then stopped due to DISCINT being reached.
Why would this be an MQ problem? It sends what you tell it to. _________________ Joseph

Maybe they are not 50K in size, eh? For this you should also look at the Channel Attribute Bytes Sent and Bytes Received, not just # of messages sent. And as Joseph said for # of messages, these Bytes stats will also be reset every time the channel restarts. _________________ Peter Potkay
