Hi there,

I have a flow that receives a negative number. I then assign this value to an XML attribute. When the XML gets created the negative sign gets lost.

I heard that it can be solved through using CDATA. I know how to use CDATA for an element but how do I do this for an attribute?

Thank you,
Gibbs00

Do not believe everything you hear. CData will not change the processing of negative signs. I suggest that you go back to basics and carefully check your message flow logic. Insert a Trace node just before the output node and check the value in the message tree.
