Hi

I am looking for a tool which handles below scenarios

1) Development Environment (DEVQM)
a) ENV1 b) ENV2 c) ENV3
2) Integration Environment (INTQM)
a) ENV4 b) ENV5 c) ENV6
3) Acceptance Environment (ATQM)
a) ENV7 b) ENV8 c) ENV9

I have multiple types of environments and each type has multiple environments in its own for exactly same applications. few of them are on higher version and others on lower version. each environment has their own queues,

I need a tool so that i can manage all these queues and different environment in such a way that when ever there is any change in any environment then i have a history of all the changes (add delete update queues channels etc), plus if i am making a change in one environment then if the same can be applied to others too or at least an alert.

Do know any tool for this ?

Thanks
