If the SYSTEM.DEF.xxx channels are gone, then you won't be able to define any "user" channels, as they are used as "models".
Use "strmqm -c <qmgr>" to re-create the system objects.

Do you have a monitoring tool installed? That uses a channel exit? _________________ I am *not* the model of the modern major general. |

I've seen reports of issues migrating qmgrs because of old versions of monitoring tools putting "corrupt" information into the channel exit information... but that was for a different monitoring tool for a different platform.
What provisions did you take before performing the migration, to provide for rollback? _________________ I am *not* the model of the modern major general. |

You don't even have a saveqmgr backup of objects?
You should probably open a PMR to find out if there's anything you can do. You can also dig through IBM's website, possibly using the IBM Support Assistant, to find some of the apars regarding channel corruption on migration, and see if any remedies to those can be applied to your situation. _________________ I am *not* the model of the modern major general. |

I opened up PMR with IBM and I sent them all files, they didn't help me now the issue has been escalated to next level.
