how i completly remove the autority service from MQ 6 ?
or how give autority to every one ?

There's actually quite a lot in both of those manuals. Including how and why not to do what you want.

Leave the authority service running and just add the users to the mqm group that you want to have full access to this server's Queue Manager(s).

You can grant and remove authority by using setmqaut which is clearly explained in WMQ System Admin Guide. You can go to following url and type setmqaut in the search and you will get all info and the syntax to use it.
