I am trying to search for latest patches for Toolkit,MQ Explorer ..need help
Right now we have
Toolkit:Version: 6.0.2
MQ Explorer:Version: 6.0

You're kidding, right!! 
Toolkit / Explorer are components of a large product set - hence, you patch the ENTIRE installed product.

Toolkit, if you mean Message Broker Toolkit, is a separate product, and is updated/patched through Rational Product Updater and not through FixPacks/PTFs.
MQ Explorer is patched with MQ.

We have MQ on AIX,Explorer on Windows...so don't we have fix separately for MQ Explorer.

Yes you do. Go to that link I provided and download the latest fix for MQ to your Windows machine and run the upgrade.

You Said "download the latest fix for MQ "then in that case..that will be for whole MQ where I have just Explorer only.Please clarify.

The patch will recognize what components you have installed and only upgrade those.

Toolkit and Broker are different packages, installed from different media and upgraded through different mechanisms.
WMBT is upgraded through Rational Product Updater or etc. Broker is updated through FPs. Broker FPS apply to all broker components - broker, configmgr, uns. WMBT upgrades only apply to Toolkit.
Please read the documentation on installing, and updating the products, in the relevant Info Centers.
