Are you sure the MQPUT actually worked, can you see the message on the QL using a standard utility like MQexplorer?

Elminate any application issues by using a test program like RFHUTILC (support pac IH03).

If you are running in a UOW you cannot read the message before it has been committed even if you are running in the same UOW.
MQ is not a DB.

Before being in a gettable state any message being put under a UOW needs to be committed....

Now more practically your IPPROCS shows 4 for the queue.
Are you absolutely sure that the message is not being read by any of the other processes reading from the queue???
