naming output files

I have a requirement where I would need to extract a unique key from the input data, generate output file and put it in a file system with the Unique key as the file name. Everything is fine except for naming the file with the unique key. how do I achieve this?

Hi CrashJohn,

You are using File Extender Nodes ?

If yes, you can dynamically set Output File Names using Environment...please look at the documentation provided.

If you are using some other means of writing files, please explain.

Thanks Elvis for the quick inputs. I am making use of File Extender nodes and my requirement is achievable by setting the LocalEnvironment.Variables.MBFEProperties
